My brain is obsessed with Nosferatu 🩸
Started at 117kg in March, but the before vids are taken in late May after I had shredded 10kg and was then at 107kg 🙊 Now I am at 92,9kg but with a goal to not only cut down but also build some muscle. It’s been tough as hell but it’s been worth it 🙏🏻 Hope you’d like to follow my journey further 😌
