I just enrolled onto my exams, and I feel like I might be sick. The mock exams just went up too, so I have about 3 weeks left of study before I take the real thing (oh but yeah…I work 6 days a week) Pray for me haha.

The door arrived! I hung it by myself and painted it! I messed it up a little somehow because I’ve had to wedge it shut but I don’t care, it will do for now (blurred that bit out hehe)

I was genuinely scared but I put up my first shelf by myself and I’m quite proud 😳

Got my MRI results, I have a couple of different injuries that essentially stem from overuse/too much work, so I’m temporarily reassessing the way in which I train. I don’t like it, but I am going to try and be very sensible.
Anyway, here’s a picture of me and my L4/L5 disc extrusion 🙄

Got my MRI results, I have a couple of different injuries that essentially stem from overuse/too much work, so I’m temporarily reassessing the way in which I train. I don’t like it, but I am going to try and be very sensible.
