Sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, berbere spice mix, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, & water. Water weight is equal to chicken weight.

I know it isn't the same coast, but Portland in OR has a really decent Sri Lankan restaurant called Mirisata! In case you ever venture out there.
