The only thing that helps my tachycardia is beta blockers. The other symptoms…. Pacing and light recumbent exercises. Light stretching and a rowing machine if you can afford one.

I just had to have several iron infusions, so I feel you. They really aren't all that bad, more annoying than anything, and if it's for treating anemia... you'll feel WAY better afterwards. Good Luck!
