Yep. Effing this was fine but eff you (at me) was not fine. Nor was racist, homophobic, misogynistic or otherwise very specific derogatory terminology. Warning and opportunity to amend, reminder, end of call. Otherwise we normalised and accepted it. Nope.

Context in 1s & 9s. Many were stressed/frightened but expletives/insults aimed specifically at me? Warned. Reminded. Hung up. Nobody has to tolerate that; all employers have a duty of care to their staff. Was amusing to take their follow up complaint & remind calls were recorded & would be reviewed.
