It appears that there are no new starts and the budget mostly continues operations at existing DOE facilities and laboratories. Once exception is DOE's Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) user facility which is slated to be closed.

This is my great uncle Harry. He died of influenza in January 1919 after surviving the trenches of the Meuse-Argonne. Following the Armistice, the armies when into camps where the soldiers celebrated and partied, but where influenza spread like wildfire.
