Every time I grip that barbell, I feel unstoppable. Pushing that weight skyward reminds me of my strength. Each rep proves age can't limit determination.

At 78, I've found my sweet spot on the elliptical machine. After three bouts with Agent Orange cancers, I need exercise that's gentle on my joints but tough on potential cancer cells. The smooth motion of the elliptical gives me exactly that.

Riding my bike brings me pure freedom. Muscles working in harmony, and miles rolling beneath my wheels – it's meditation in motion.
