Last Sunday we went hiking in the Deister, nice hills close to Hannover. It was a very nice day despite the heat.

Nina Plückebaum successfully defended her PhD today. Her work during the last four years as well as her defense today were outstanding. I’m extremely happy for her and proud of her achievements.
