This is a painting I finished! It didn’t post correctly via the Mastodon bridge. I used a reference from rope figure drawing night. Clothed figure, no nudity, but I marked it adult anyhow so as not to surprise anyone.

These are my presents (laying on a thematic sakura furoshiki which was also a gift). I was thrilled with them all 🥰 It was a very cozy themed year.

Anyway, I finished putting the kiddo’s Potion Craft gift together yesterday and I hope he’ll like it! He loves playing the game with me so I put ingredients for the experiments with thematic names. 😂

Today a doctor did a nerve study on me which was wild, electricity makes the muscles go brrrrrr. For the first time in a long while I feel hopeful for a path forward though. It’s been six months of pain but this doctor said there are options for treatment.

I used my remaining energy to make monoprints with P3 today. He’d dressed in all blue after school and declared today Blue Day, so I guess this is our Blue Period. We used the back of my plexiglass paint palette. He kept saying “this activity is really fun!”
