Same here, but I think they double-down on their pride and ignore the authoritarianism rather than admit their votes were foolish. Breaks my heart.

Mine pretty much echo yours, especially campaign finance. When Citizens United was announced I said then that it would ruin US politics and it has. Ranked choice makes some sense to me and term limits needs to be considered. I’m 80 and don’t expect to see any of that in my lifetime, though.

Same here in the midlands. It’s the absences that I notice more than overt statements. Hope we’re reading it right!
