My wife and I visited a local farm stand today and found they used the honor system to both collect payment and provide change. It's nice to know that there are still areas of the country where the people have integrity and honor.

Section II of the 14 Amendment to the Constitution, referring to the census, reads in part: "counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed." Instead opf citing this simple text, the NYT argues that only critics of Trump say his new census rule is unconstitutional.
