Vicki started to smell the familiar scent of Josette, jasmine. Her perfume. “Do you smell that?” She looked around then at Barnabas and David, “Do you smell it? Josette? Are you here?” 3/3

She wanted to explore but felt a bit awkward asking. Everything was perfect as if Josette could come walking in the door of her room and sit down at the vanity. Vicki examined the vanity, running her hand gently over some of its contents. 2/3

Vicki had walked somewhat gingerly behind Barnabas and David as they reached Josette’s room. She hesitated as she crossed the threshold and was in her room. She looked around, “This room has everything a woman could want,” She smiled. She always had a fascination with Josette. 1/3

Somehow the portrait came to life, or so it seemed. She looked at David then at Barnabas. She could see that Barnabas was gazing up at Angelique’s portrait with a look never quite seen from Barnabas before. She paused, “Barnabas, do you smell that? It smells like jasmine.” 2/2

Somehow the portrait came to life, or so it seemed. She looked at David then at Barnabas. She could see that Barnabas was gazing up at Angelique’s portrait with a look never quite seen from Barnabas before. She paused, “Barnabas, do you smell that? It smells like jasmine.” 2/2
Vicki held her candle up a bit higher and the room became ever so slightly brighter. The light reflected off of her portrait and there was a twinkle in her eyes as she gazed up at it. 1/2

She looked at David to hear his response. After all, her ghost always appeared to David more than anyone else. Sometimes though it was scary the way Vicki felt so close to her. 2/2

Vicki took a seat and shook her head, “No thank you, I don’t want you to go to any trouble.” He motioned to David to take a seat, “Barnabas Collins must have been a very special man,” she let out a chuckle. 1/2

He looked up at Barnabas then back down at David, “David would you like to accept Cousin Barnabas’ invitation?” He placed her hand on David’s shoulder, “As long as we are not imposing,” he replied to Barnabas in a tender tone. 2/2

Vicki couldn’t help but get a laugh at David’s attitude, “David, you do realize that people have jobs or sometimes are just busy with life?” When they got to, and walked inside the Old House she took a glance around to see if Willie was there. 1/2
