The problem they haven't acknowledged is that if every proposal now must articulate either an economic, environmental or health benefit, this will still disadvantage areas of fundamental science they claim to praise like physics, mathematics or statistics.

Also suggesting patient healthcare delays and waiting lists are to do with strikes and not to do with the chronic underfunding of our healthcare system and devaluing of staff so they leave the sector or to other countries is just gaslighting.
