Feels so good to feel so hungry again for poetry post-AWP, another collection I couldn’t put down! Alison Benis White has long been a favorite. Some magic I jotted down (would’ve written less hastily if I knew I’d post, love a loopy cursive 😬):
“I don’t know how to love the world but to confess.”
