PNW Breast Cancer survivor 🎀. I have faith. Not the White Christian Nationalist, poop on the Capitol Building floor kind, but the “Do unto others” kind. Leaning towards Democratic Socialism.
Thanks. I live south of BC. I am an embarrassed American.

Obama and Biden kept families together. It was 45 who separated them from their parents and kept them in cages.

It is so wearing. I lost my father during the first regime. He was a WWII veteran. After Taps were played they presented the flag to my mother. I asked our state rep if they could leave out the words,”From a grateful president…” He loathed him. We live a half an hour north of Seattle.

From 1776-90, there were no citizens: The Naturalization Act of 1790 was limited to 'free white persons' living in the USA since before 1788. Birthright citizenship was not until 1898. The first president born in the USA was John Tyler (b. 1790): all presidents before were born British subjects.

I love Canada. Live north of Seattle. Hate Trump and the ignorant and greedy people that voted for him.

He looks so old. His swing is weak.

What an ass. I thought Trump was considering firing him. Considering buying an upside down flag.

I was compelled to look that performance up. The introduction of Yoyo Ma by the speaker is very poignant given where we are as a nation now. May we return to a country whose government values the contributions of immigrants again.

Swalwell: Kristi Noem and Tom Homan, you should familiarize yourselves with this room. Get to know that witness chair — you’re going to be parked in it for a long time. Accountability is coming.
