Hey look it's exactly what I said would happen. They needed at least $10bn to survive, looks like $11.5bn. Also, though I was off on the other sources, as predicted they needed to raise via debt too. A revolving line of credit is pretty risky!

Hard to believe this is San Diego County but this is part of San Diego’s 640,000 acre desert playground known as Anza Borrego Desert State Park. I took this shot from a Jeep trail in the Borrego badlands and the distant body of water is Salton Sea.
