This is a great addition. I'm hoping to see more discussion in the ID groups. especially how different groups negotiate the increase in salary that should come with the use of the Code. Like are hospital systems paying it fully? Or are shift based docs asking for a flat fee increase in salary? Etc.

I've been using it on initial consults and during follow-ups as well. For example, every time you review a culture with the microlab and have to make antibiotic decisions and explain to the patient, you can use it. I'm surprised about not seeing further discussion about this code in the ID groups
