He doesn’t read so I think he feels the catch or something on those flimsy locks. Mystery solved and we put finger print locks back but those can be a bit flaky.

Sometimes I read the most ridiculous, very alpha (mean) takes from very well know ppl that don't make any sense at all. Sometimes it’s refreshing to read takes from the opposite side

From what I’m reading, many officials who were exiled or voluntarily retired from public life wrote poetry about solitude, nature and reflections. Away but needing to communicate somehow.

What he wanted were bubble bath soap and chips lol. There’s something with impulse control on food and sensory input. It’s like an overwhelming force he can’t control. I’ve been listening to Huberman podcasts and his episode on ADHD that discussed impulse control. was surprised to find similarities

I thought about one of the worst incidents we’ve had was on a trip to Vegas a year ago. My husband decided to go into Walgreens by himself and my older son wanted to go also. but hub rushed in alone, son rushed out after him shortly after. I imagine frustration of not being able to choose

So there is general location, but you have to also negotiate specifics ahead of time until everything becomes routine. But it’s not unique to small population. Many ppl have variations of this - like aversion to crowded places

It was really cool to see his eyes pop out given the choices. With locations, we always had hard time with images, so the zoom feature helps.
