Finally, someone really gets it! #NHS #OneBigTeam ‘slashing’ admin roles just moves the governance tasks to patient-facing roles - doctors, nurses, physios etc etc, slowing down the pace of patient care and increasing the backlogs @katestakes.bsky.social

In fact a few years back we dug out the old Chocolate Apple recipe from our archives and worked with York Cocoa Works to actually make it for the first time in over half a century!
