They are happy to leave you without Internet without any form of sorry or any indication as to how they will fix it

They cancel appointments without telling you and then make up all sorts, saying they don't know why they've been cancelled then suddenly saying it's a system error. They are systematic liars and their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced
