I finished reading my first book of the year: Gideon the Ninth by Tamysn Muir. It was as excellent as everyone who has recommended it to me suggested.

One of the things I really enjoy about doing transcription is going down rabbit holes to understand things interviewees don't know or explain. Today it was English Canadians gathering animal bones during WWII.

Resurrecting woolly mammoths should only be allowed after halting climate change. It's just cruel to bring them back while actively destroying polar regions.
