This is the peaceful face of Jasper, who until yesterday had been too scared to put on a lead and get out the house in over two years with us. 45 minutes with a dog behaviourist, and he’s been out three times in 24 hours. What a brave boy (and a great behaviourist)!

I've had a much needed wardrobe refresh recently. One of my favourite parts is this Arsenal track top (and matching pants which I don't wear at the sane time because I'm 51). It’s part of a limited edition release, an African inspired design by a fashion house local to Arsenal. It makes me v happy.
