sadly this is extremely hard to fact check.
we dont have the charts on player numbers for the year where the game was console only, so its kind of an unfair comparison
on the left is world's pc release year compared to wilds's numbers. technically this is true, but mh world blew up the franchise

Good article! I love this game to death, its one of my favourite games, however I also agree with all but one of your points. For me this section of the game was more about "is there even any reason for a player to care about this story" and fighting against the boss was to day the story held power-
