Per parafrasare un'espressione ormai celebre nell'ambito dell'openscience, partecipare come parte della comunità al processo di costruzione del sapere tramite la condivisione dei dati vuol dire condividerli "as structured as possible, as derived as necessary." (3/3 fine).

Occorre calibrare attentamente ciò che si condivide posizionando il contributo in un'area che copra rilevanza scientifica e riuso responsabile tramite schemi standard e FAIR che garantiscono l'interoperabilità delle informazioni (2/3)

By describing the power of interoperability and data minimization*, I would try to show that a raw set of files could be transformed in a well-formed, scientifically dense and responsibly reusable dataset (4/ )

However, the goals and the fate of what is publicly shared are often overlooked, underestimating for example harmful reuses. What I will discuss in my talk is that original collectors of a dataset are a fundamental part of the process of fostering responsible data reuse (3/ )

When sharing a well-formed collection of information, you are, among the other things, telling the rest of the world that it's something worth downloading and that it may be a valid source for secondary uses (2/ )
