I do… I have a neuro disease so I’m choosing exercises that will help me to keep the muscle I have in my arms and legs … use it or loose it the neurologist says so it’s beneficial to the forest and to me too 👍

I’ve started volunteering my time to coppicing hazel trees in our local forest. It’s a medieval wood managing method… hard work but a worthwhile job
