Tried this THIS chickpea tofu for the first time tonight and we're pleasantly surprised. Sliced and air-fried for a few minutes it was delicious with black bean chilli, quinoa and broccoli

This is a great vegan turkey recipe for Christmas or Thanksgiving. I use 400g of tofu instead of chickpeas, and add a teaspoon of sage. They'll go in the freezer then I'll baste and roast when needed. Delicious, nutritious, and no body was harmed 🦃🌻💚

Great article. Language is so important, and I admit to having been confused by rights and welfare years ago.
As with many 'animal lovers' the RSPCA only care about pets.

Tonight's dinner is a colourful rice bowl; basmati topped with smoked tofu, sliced red pepper, grated carrot, edamame beans, broccoli and mushrooms fried with sesame oil. Added chilli & garlic sauce, sesame seeds and nori sprinkles.
Delicious, nutritious, and no body was hurt 🌻💚

Quick and delicious meal of macaroni cheese with Fry's schnitzel, broccoli, peas and sautéed leeks.
The cheese sauce was lots better with a teaspoon of mustard and a couple of tablespoons of nooch.

Almost didn't go to Bridlington (it's wet & windy today) but Happy Cow found this gem of a place so I'm really glad we made it.
The team there are very friendly, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and got chatting with other vegans. Made our day 🌞🌻💚🌱

Tried Aldi plant menu BBQ no pork ribs tonight. They're very tasty and worked well with a simple rice bowl including edamame beans, garlic & tamari fried mushrooms and grated carrot, topped with chilli & garlic sauce and nori sprinkles.
