This is one of my favourite episodes and it's dead last in terms of listeners for some reason.

Everyone who usually listens to my show:
a close up of a person with the words " not listening i 'm not listening " above them
Alt: a close up of Gollum, covering his ears, with the words " not listening i 'm not listening " above them

Dungeon Keeper was the last Bullfrog game produced by Peter Molyneux, before he left the company to found Lionhead Studios, where he would create the Black & White and Fable franchises, and Project Milo.

The main boss character in Dungeon Keeper was called The Avatar. His design is based on the player character in Pagan: Ultima VIII. Left: Dungeon Keeper's Avatar, as seen in Possession mode. Right: The Avatar in Ultima VIII.

Anyone who used to listen to the GamesMaster retrospective at my old podcast, 1UP Pod, will know how often German publications seemed to score low for popular games. I don't know what that's all about but it happened a weird amount of times.

The game scored seven perfect scores (as per MobyGames). Games mags were very liberal with 100s back in the day.

The lowest from time of release is from Germany's Gamesmania with a still very bloody respectable 80%.
