Neurodivergence is ok! Why can't people get that? Like every human is unique. Some of us, whether it's ADHD or autism or whatever, think and see the world a little differently. That should be perfectly OK instead of treating your child like they're a mental Leper.

To balance it out a little, there was the time when I heard ABBA’s “Waterloo” as “Marmaduke”. I did think “that can’t be right, but I don’t know what is.”

No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak” was playing on the radio while m sister and I were driving somewhere. As it gets into the chorus, she confidently bursts out singing “Don’t Sleep!”

That one’s simple, actually. They don’t want a Two-State Solution. They want one state, and that state is Palestine. And as awful as Israel is being at the moment, I don’t think that’s a realistic, or ethical, solution to what’s happening.

Viewing Trump from a human light isn’t the same as dismissing his evilness, far from it. Rather, it makes him vulnerable, which he doesn’t want, and what he needs to be if we are going to go against him, and succeed.

As much as I agree that Trump is irredeemable, I feel like crediting him as just “a soulless demon” is a bit of a disservice. Wash away the veneer, and at his heart, Trump is a pathetic man, who even when he gets what he wants, cannot escape how pathetic he really is.

It kind of is, I'll agree to that. I will say though, Guiteau was putting in effort, misplaced as it was.

I haven't seen "Death By Lightning", just to be clear. I did see the "American Experience" episode about Garfield ("Murder of a President", season 28, episode 3), and that was pretty good.

Honestly, I think a successful Guiteau looks like Trump. Both are con artists, with delusions of grandeur, and no sense of awareness outside of their own self interest. Trump is just Guiteau born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
