And the next administration should seize him and his coconspirators and ship them there in a manner comparable to the operations of ICE

Words are not enough. I expect you and Illinois state and local police to arrest federal agents violating the law. Again, words are NOT ENOUGH

How come you never make these points on Squawk Box?

Khan is very smart and very articulate. Regardless of limitations on local power, she will have a platform to voice truths about American business activities. I wish her the best and think businesses would do themselves a favor by paying attention.

I suspect the Supreme Court will limit its pro Trump decisions when a D takes the executive branch. … [C]onsistency is the hobgoblin of little minds.”

Don’t disagree but I suspect Trump will seek some way to reimpose equivalent tariffs in a different manner. That won’t help the Rs as I don’t think voters think in terms of the legal authority for the tariffs, they simply don’t want to bear the impact of any tariffs

One of the stupidest litigation decisions ever made, and the consequences are catastrophic. Garland and Smith, and Biden in
Keeping Garland, share significant responsibility for the demise of US democracy. I am and was disgusted and I have no sympathy for these morons.

Walz should know that federal tax payments made by MN residents and businesses are paid directly to the federal government and never are under the control of the MN government. There is nothing to give back to the state of MN

The actual damages resulting from the wanton destruction of a historic landmark of the likes of the White House is in the billions. Indeed I suspect DC itself will be impacted adversely in terms of tourism
As a result of this felony

Colombia should bring criminal charges against all in the chain of command that issued and effectuated the order; trials in Colombia and issuance of international arrest warrants for murder

Not sure where you are getting your numbers but based on the aerial and other photos that I am seeing, I think your 7 million figure is an irresponsible undercount.

I assume Trump will pardon him. I think Illinois should look very closely at State charges related to kidnapping etc.

Unfortunately he has academic credentials that causes him to be influential, regardless of more rigorous analysis to the contrary. He likely knows his views are used to scare people, and I think his expressed opinions are irresponsible.

Yes, she may bravely oppose Maduro but she also appears to possess and express views that should
give you, Barack Obama, pause in your laudatory comments. Your comments are as premature as the action of the Nobel Committee was in awarding you the Nobel Prize.

Never see you mentioning this on CNBC. Maybe Kernan should hear it.

Today’s Supreme Court takes
Marching orders and how they would decide Kimmel case would not be controlled by the Constitution, statute or
precedent. The fix is in. On a related matter, the Kimmel matter shows that additional acquisitions or mergers by Nextstar, Sinclair or Disney should be illegal.
September 21, 2025 at 3:06 PM
If I am not wrong you appear virtually daily on a CNBC show and I do not see you saying this. Meanwhile CNBC, and especially Kernan, is continually pushing Trump Admininistration and his corporate sycophants

The most powerful D Senator, Schumer, sure knows how to write a strong letter. And one of the most prominent D Senators, Booker, voted to confirm Charles Kushner as Ambassador to France. That’s what I call the exercise of power!

What is the mechanism by which states have possession of
Money paid as federal taxes? Do you pay your federal taxes to the State? Does anybody pay federal tax to the State? This discussion is stupid.
