So the move to limit COVID yearly vax to people with risk factors isn't entirely without merit. HOWEVER, the way it was done was a disaster and ended up limiting access for everyone. Which was probably RFKJ's true goal as he and his FDA and ACIP think the COVID vaccine is dangerous or even deadly.

If they truly wanted to "follow the science" on COVID vaccines they would not have stacked ACIP with anti-vaxxers, bypassed the scientific review process, and implemented measures that ended up restricting vaccine access for all risk groups.
