nooo honestly i’d say perfect time for a nap, if you’re only looking to sleep a couple hours, because then it’s possibly a lower risk that you won’t be tired when it’s actually time to go to bed lol. and hey, maybe it’ll refresh you to fully enjoy the rest of your evening when you wake up
