this is the furthest i got to generating a playable level (i even made it put the blocks on the grid)

but its really cool to see it using more blocks like saws and stuff :D also did you teach it to make a gd level from the start? (telling it the format etc)? or does it know that already

a cool way of making it better is just giving it feedback, like "try to put blocks below the spikes so it doesnt look ugly" or "the player cant jump over the spikes remove some of them" or stuff like that

It's something so common sense to have, to actually be able to see things posted, that you start to wonder if Twitter was just a huge social experiment to see how awful a social media site could be made before people left.
