My dream job! Is prior experience necessary?

Being vulnerable and appearing weak has always been one of my biggest fears. It is so ingrained in me to hide it and appear invulnerable and strong for everyone around me that I feel like my subconscious is always on guard duty. I guess for me it feels like letting someone else hold my vulnerability
