--with a face engulfed by puffed cheeks. Lizards, snakes and reptiles gotta be my favorites to see puffed up, although any kind of slim critter turned into blimp is also perfect. And for sizes well i aim between house and city sized with only in rare occasions being planet for a bigger explosion.

It definitely gotta be air/helium inflation, although i do also like liquid especially when is soda that can become fizz. For shapes it would be belly centric at the start with the rest of the body expanding along as they get fuller, culminating with a sphere or a blimp with bloated arms and legs--
