Unless you are doing big yearly planning, you spend about 3% of your time on 'strategy' (in general, with some pockets of exceptions), as per my historical estimates.

Hidden costs. No ways to look at it really. Unless you are traveling for the day, it makes no sense to show prices without a carry on.

They still don’t get that AI is great for specific use cases and often you need numerous tools for a use case, rendering a lot of them actually quite expensive

The best people I work with know how to understand the system and THEN focus on the one dot that matters. Sometimes it is not their dot
