Morning Janice. I hope you're well 🥰. Off to see consultant to review flare-up of RA pain - synovial membranes round muscles and joints get inflamed. Limits the triple back flips I can do.

Yes I remember when I was in, though there was a very nice mince and mash dinner once. Tonight I made a soup with tomatoes, garlic, chorizo, smoked paprika, onions, celery, peppers, fennel seeds, spinach and chunks of fish. Gets you well on the way to 30+ plants a week and lovely.

And of course, you're young*, you'll get there, tho it won't feel like it currently. Optimise the nutrition of every meal you have but do have treats. *well younger than me, but then again everybody is. 💐

Hope you get under the wire tomorrow. Then take it easy. Been there with this sort of thing and you feel frail. But you will build your strength up, just takes time. 🥰

Yes and monthly there's a prog on games music. Surprisingly interesting. And dare I mention Jazz Record Requests? No? OK then 😵‍💫

I do like Planet Music, occasionally Kathryn Tickell presents, she's very good.
December 2, 2025 at 7:25 PM
🤣
December 2, 2025 at 7:20 PM
Yes that's true, and they do some interesting stuff. Just when they do a classics fm copy and presenters get a bit chipper ...
December 2, 2025 at 6:48 PM
Unexpurgated Mahler or Shostakovich symphonies better, little bit Sibelius ....

So sorry to hear you're feeling so unwell Lady B. Plenty of protein and liquids with electrolytes, milk one of best if you can take it. Rest, sleep, all restorative. Sending a big snuggly hug 🥰
