Oh dear, it does stop you in your tracks doesn't it? Hoping for steroid jab. I like a little spell of being invincible

Morning Janice. I hope you're well 🥰. Off to see consultant to review flare-up of RA pain - synovial membranes round muscles and joints get inflamed. Limits the triple back flips I can do.

Yes I remember when I was in, though there was a very nice mince and mash dinner once. Tonight I made a soup with tomatoes, garlic, chorizo, smoked paprika, onions, celery, peppers, fennel seeds, spinach and chunks of fish. Gets you well on the way to 30+ plants a week and lovely.

And of course, you're young*, you'll get there, tho it won't feel like it currently. Optimise the nutrition of every meal you have but do have treats. *well younger than me, but then again everybody is. 💐

Hope you get under the wire tomorrow. Then take it easy. Been there with this sort of thing and you feel frail. But you will build your strength up, just takes time. 🥰
