That's the thing about patriarchy, women and their wants do not exist. There is a class of object called "woman," the possession of which is currency to other men, but patriarchal men primarily care about performing their rituals of masculine attractiveness to and for other men as a power struggle.
They don't even care that most women are wild about a man with beautiful lashes. They only care about what other men think about them. Which is so pathetically ironic, and they can't even understand why it's ironic.

PRIVACY: Bluesky is fundamentally an open and public network, and your posts are public data. But you can make them a *little* less public by flipping this switch under Settings > Moderation. It forces Bluesky app users to log in to view your posts (and you're less likely to show up in searches). 🧵
