Burnout Legends. Probably the best racing game on the console. Another overlooked title would be Sid Meier's Pirates, which is a surprisingly faithful & competent adaptation of it's PC counterpart.

Finished the game a couple of times and it was alright. Clearly not as good as Adventure 1 & 2 but some of the levels are pretty fun. The dark and edgy themes were kinda out of place for the Sonic franchise but other than that, I enjoyed it for what it was. Still much better than Heroes imo.

I had a matcatz version of this, probably the best N64 controller I've ever used surprisingly.

I don't mean to be rude but the whole idea is terrible. There's no way they'll be able to minitor everything and keep basic privacy intact. Children safety is a convenient excuse at best, nothing more.
