2002 Morrowind. As much as it is probably nostalgia and being a child with more patience for clanky games this was the peak of the elder scrolls experience for me and damn I hope this one gets a remaster

2001 Halo combat evolved. Once again I didn't play it until the Xbox port a few years later. All the games that stick in my head from these ears hand banging soundtracks. My msn screenname was master cheif for ages and no one corrected me

2000 - Shadows of Amn. I didn't pick this up until a few years later (and was still too young at the time honestly) but this was my first ever RPG. My family got mad at me for how massive my 4gb games were on the computer. I played druid (badly)
