I asked them for help & then later a credit & they just kept sending the same form letter emails so I haven’t bought an ad since.

I’ve used them since the beginning & the service definitely has gotten worse & worse over the years but at this point it feels lowkey scammy.

But they just kept giving me the same generic emails every time & took multiple days to weeks to even get back to me with that. I literally put “YOU’RE RUINING MY TOUR” as the subject line because it was so bad😂 I’ve worked NY a lot and I’ve never had that experience. I hope yours goes much better!🌻

I 📧 a bunch of times, tagged them here, & IG because it was affecting my tour so much. Basically I was paying top tier & every time I would bump my ad it would instantly be on like page 3-7. It was very obviously a glitch, the same 2 workers were on the 1st page the whole time so it was easy to see.

Ughh that sucks, I’m so sorry, they completelyyyy ruined my last tour- hope they get back to you!! 💖💖💖You’re definitely not alone though, they’ve really let it go.
