Tiny criminal has armed herself with a pair of scissors and honestly I do not expect this level of escalation.

Meg has discovered laps and thinks they're the best thing ever.

She's such a sweet girl! I hope an adopter can get past her propensity to growl at new humans for 2 days straight.

Ear jail for Winnie! I don't know why but she loves ear jail. Little snuggly weirdo.
A small grey kitten snuggled into my lap. I am using my hand to hold her ears close to her head, so she has no ears. She has sleepy eyes and is resting her chin on her paw. She is not at all bothered by me putting her in air jail.

Tonight's tiny criminal tried to eat an electricity.

A small seven week old tabby and white kitten, being held up in the air by my hand. She looks utterly furious at me and done with my shit, even though I saved her life by stopping her chewing the electrical cord. Her ears are both back and sideways.

Fucking spectacular. Good job me. I definitely wanted to spend 45 minutes cleaning up hot glass instead of eating dinner.

A bowl fell off the bench and shattered the inner oven door.
A photo of my oven, door half open, showing shattered inner glass absolutely everywhere. The middle glass and external glass are still intact thankfully. But it was a goddamned mess.

I tried to take posed sibling photos, and look. Typical.

All you can see is chin and whiskers. Winnie, on the right, is a gorgeous solid grey, and she is looking directly at the camera, but her entire tongue is poking out, licking her nose.

A very very grown up looking tiny kitten. Winnie is a solid grey and is somehow both glaring at me AND giving me a solid side eye. I love her.

I tried to kiss Sabine's little head and she recoiled SO hard.

Meg fell off the scratcher she was sleeping on, and somehow ??? 🤨🤨

I think she's as confused as I am.
A black cat, looking like gravity has somehow turned 90° sideways for her. She is laying on her side, clinging to and also falling off, a cardboard scratcher shaped like a wave. She has fallen sideways and taken the scratcher with her. A tiny grey kitten is examining the underneath of the scratcher, wondering why the head grooming stopped.

And now there are TWO cabinets!

I need to find the perfect size litter boxes for these - the Kmart ones I grabbed feel too small.
The front half of my studio, which is where all the cat things live. There are two brand new black cabinet for litter boxes, stacked, which also have two cat beds currently on top. There's a new grey cat tree, a messy floor, and the back half of my soap storage shelves, which has many varieties of soap stored in plastic boxes. I am not a minimalist.

I am now the kind of FANCY* person who has cat litter cabinets and I love it.

I found these on sale last month and they finally arrived. I have a second one to put together for stacking on top tonight.

"Not all cats" and yet somehow, it is ALWAYS Sabine.

Two tiny foster kittens. Came to me at four weeks old after being found probably dumped. Now thriving and almost 7 weeks old!

Cosette and Maeve went to their new foster home yesterday. I think they will both benefit from the quiet, and maybe less Sabine. I'm going to miss them SO much, but I think this will be good for them.

I sent them with lots of food and treats, so the new foster has extra supplies!
Two cats cuddled up in a nice frog bed. Cosi, at the front, is a tabby calico, with a little white nose and white paws. Maeve, at the back, is a gorgeous tortie. They're both very grumpy about being in a crate so I could catch them, but they had a million head kisses and snuggles.

I (finally) put together the new cat tree one of you lovely people bought for the fosters, and it's been a hit!

Ophelia tasted churu for the first time in her life last night.

Winnie also got churu, but her photos are all violence as she made sure no other cats got near the churu.

This very excellent tiny kitten required me to hold her entire head while she napped.

I don't know why, but she was very snuggly so I didn't complain.
