The Democratic Republic of the Congo to intervene in the ICJ's Gambia/Myanmar case! We now have 9 intervening States and 4 declarations (3 separate and one joint). The DRC's declaration re Article 63 of the ICJ's Statute is already available here (in French): www.icj-cij.org/sites/defaul....

Autumn in Milan has it perks too 🍂🍁 Also, I guess the very first post here on BlueSky while migrating from X requires a tiny introduction of myself 🫣 I am Veronica, I got my PhD on procedural aspects of inter-state human rights cases a few months ago and I am now post-docing at Statale in Milan :)
