You cannot fly with more seats than in-flight storage for a coat and one carry-on, allowing people to extend their legs sufficiently for safety.

Safety in transit. Seat sizing must be approved with enough leg room and arm room for movement to reduce the risk of blood clots for a tall person. Actual seat size must accommodate someone larger than average build.

You cannot charge for someone only taking part or half of their connection.

Every ticket price must be locked with all fees upfront and include 1 checked bag up to 55 lbs. Any data used to set pricing algorithmicly must be disclosed in one font size above the price in plain language.
