Why have things gotten so out of hand for my friends in the U.S.? I’ve heard of ppl getting billed a hundred dollars for a simple IV drip.

The Medicare system in Canada, Britain, Germany, Australia, is like the fire department. You don’t pay extra for the firetruck to save your home - it comes out of the tax fund. That’s “single-payer”.

I do not know of a single-payer country which “restricts access”, and I’m Canadian. Try again to keep the insurance companies in business Mr Cuban. (We do have wait-times for MRIs, if that’s what you mean.)

Or, Biden could’ve dropped out sooner, and the Dems should’ve had a race for presidential candidate…make it legit…and palatable.
