My current favorite duo! The Lamy Dialog 3, and Kaweco Brass Liliput fountain pens! I love a good weighty and dense metal pen making these a perfect match. I truly admire how tiny yet perfectly weighed the Liliput it! It’s fairly new and hasn’t developed a lovely patina yet, but it will soon!

Diamine Tempest! A very well behaved and easy to use shimmering fountain pen ink! I use many shimmering inks but the particles in this one seems to stay suspended the longest! Less need to shake or dip your pen. The colors are amazing! A deep blue-black with dark red sheen, and golden shimmer.

A shelf for my ✨TINY✨ fountain pen ink bottles, samples, and cartridges (I swear it’s not hoarding if I use them once a year)

Acquired this seriously adorable sailor pen (model unknown to me). It’s super slim, light as a feather, and has a satisfying snap cap! The nib is quite a delight as well, bordering between fine and extra fine. This will be a favorite for sure!

Today I purchased the most fantastic piece in my fountain pen collection! A 90 year old Sheaffer balance in near perfect condition! Can’t wait to look at the carmine red in person!

My favorite EDC fountain pens. I can’t pick a favorite, even for a minute, so why not pick 10? 🖋️

My favorite fine point! The Sailor pro gear Realo. Every little feature from the filling mechanism, weight, and size has been perfect for long writing sessions! It’s a pen I haven’t put down for hours now. (Excuse the crappy cursive, I’m one the first classes that wasn’t taught cursive in school)

A perfect fountain pen nib in my eyes. Soft, flexible, yet not too much so. It’s well and easy to control, and the ink flow is neither too wet or dry. This is one of my daily carries. The body is very well designed with the grip being comfortable, having a rich glossy feel.

I may have a particular pattern in which pens are my favorite… it’s not that I hate caps, but love these “odd” and non-traditional designs!

Birmingham Pen Co, Moon Jellyfish fountain pen ink, a most fantastic shade! From deep oceanic blue, to a striking dark and shining red, it is perfection! I received this bottle and can’t quit writing with it! I hope this is a continuing drop as I’d love to get more in the future.

The Pilot vanishing point fountain pen is so convenient! It’s my every day carry and serves well. I have the 1.0mm stub, and have a medium and fine point on the way! I love capless pens so much! Even the Lamy Dialog 3 proves to be as fantastic! Anyone else have capless models they enjoy?

Inlaid nibs are so good, I wish I could get every one of them! My eye is now set on a Montblanc Generation! If anybody owns one, tell me your thoughts and opinions on them!

Birmingham Pen Co. Tesla Coil. The brightest sheening fountain pen ink I’ve ever seen! I’ve written with this almost more than any other! It doesn’t smear or stick to pages. It’s a true eye catcher, making pages look enchanted. I will eventually post what a full page of this ink looks like!

Diamine scribble purple fountain pen ink. Almost dark enough to be black, and features a very bright golden sheen! I would love to write pages with this soon!

A wonderfully gorgeous shimmer ink! Diamine Moonbeam. This is a “chameleon” ink, which means the shimmer particles change shade depending on the angle of light. A mesmerizing effect and lovely shade! I own a few I can’t wait to post and show their ranges of colors!

Purchased this beauty yesterday, and I can’t wait for it to arrive! Sheaffer Legacy (2?) Leather Lacquer finish. Made the year I was born (I know, I’m a baby compared to most fountain pen enthusiasts). Favorite colors, pattern, date of manufacturing, inlaid nib, this has gotta be my soul pen!

Sailor Shikiori Irori ink. Vibrant red, and shining gold. A perfect color. I see myself inking many of my fountain pens with this! I wish it came in larger bottles.

My two beautiful fountain pens with inlaid nibs! Their designs are works of art!

New and gorgeous fountain pen and ink today! The Waterman Carene marine amber, and Anderillium Colossal Squid Dark ink. This is a fantastic pen for sure! Smooth, weighted, yet stiff and lacking bounce to the nib. Rare quality for an 18k gold nib! It really fills my perfect niche for pens!

There’s something so satisfying about having a large variety of fountain pen ink. Is it the pretty glass, shades, or designs? Or is it my brain that likes collecting shiny things? Seeing as I also collect transformers and rocks I am inclined to believe all of the above.

Patience is the most valuable thing one must learn. It is most valuable to know when to uphold it, or to let go. It is a gateway to inner peace.

History and its many people are often changed or erased to fit the narrative of those in power. All you can do is to never forget them, or let them be forgotten.

Sometimes you have to look back and appreciate things becoming lost with time. Not all that is old is without purpose or value.
