Happy publication day to Vaseem Khan. City of Destruction is the fifth book featuring India's first woman police detective, Persis Wadia, and it's a doozy.
A highly recommended read for lovers of historical detective fiction, but start at book one to get the full character arcs.

It’s the first snow of the winter here in North Wales. I hope the pre-heating thingy on my car app works tomorrow morning so I don’t have to shiver and scrape.
