Its also harder to go from level 1 with more expansions. More jobs and higher level cap means alot more time than just 10 levels for most jobs over the 2-3 year expansion life. I was having the same issue when I started in Endwalker.

Generally I do a leveling roulette, frontlines, and beast tribe daily on the job Im leveling. Alliance raid roulette if I feel like it. But I don't try to rush getting things max leveled.
