If the economy grows 6% the top 10% of wealth in the population are going to have to spend an unpresidented amount of money because the 90% below them are going to be stressed just to survive.

Populism may well be the answer. However, pragmatism cannot be discounted. $38 Trillion of National Debt rules out government programs and subsidation. The answer now is has been all along. Do the work and make the case for redistribution of wealth. If not now, when?
