would if i could LMAO. I honestly had just thrown it together since i had apples that were starting to go bad so i don’t really remember the ratios i used. iirc i used simple syrup that i had made earlier as well as a sweetener which generally isn’t used-

it’s unfortunate especially considering how DID/OSDD is tied to social and cultural values..there really isn’t enough out there about presentations of DID/OSDD outside of North America and Western Europe. there are some, but not nearly enough on the topic as i’d like.

honestly i think that generational trauma in nonwhite families tends to be neglected even in dissociative literature and self-help books, in part due the fact that many of the authors i’ve seen/read are white & so there’s missing perspectives from poc.

i often find that there is a conflict between trying to apply what i know and also identifying my lived experiences with it when i have them. not so much that it doesn’t happen, just that i don’t recognize or understand how it applies to myself in time for it to be helpful.
