I finally broke my losing streak of Roll for the Galaxy (my dad always wins >.<). 58 points and a tableau of beautiful worlds! 🥳

I'm not usually a huge fan of games with lots of dice/card draw but Roll is an exception, it has some great mechanics to mitigate/control RNG. #boardgame

After two attempts, my parents and I beat Alien: Fate of the Nostromo by flushing it out the airlock! It was a fun game; light weight and easy to learn, but more brutal than I expected. Apparently there's a Director's Cut of the rules that's even harder, so we'll have to try that next! #boardgame
